Cartons are normally double corrugated with shipping
information printed on two sides of each carton. Cartons
are sealed with tape. However, when the cartons are
loaded into a container without being placed on pallets
per customers request, two plastic bands may be placed
around each carton. (optional)
|
|
|
| |
| * Pallet size is based on instructions
from the client. In case where the client does
not give Samhwa specific instructions, Samhwa
will use the most appropriate size pallet based
on the size of the cartons used. |
| |
* To avoid the possibility that boxes containing
printed materials become wet, water proof vinyl
may be placed on the pallet underneath the boxes.
After the cartons are stacked on the pallet, water
proof vinyl is used to cover the entire load against
moisture. |
| |
| * Shipping information (destination,
No. of cartons etc.) is also attached to two sides
of the load. |
| |
| * After a light wooden pallet is
placed on top of the load, steel bands are applied
(in case of less than full container load). |
